Stark Federal Credit Union Dressler Rd, Canton

I really appreciate the banking services at Stark Federal Credit Union. I have been a customer here for more than 12 years and I have had no problems. The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. The loan process is manageable. I highly recommend this credit union and I became a customer due to the recommendation of friends.

A HUGE thank you to Cora for working with my wife and I in less than perfect circumstances. I'm thankful for a hometown credit union that still cares about the customer. I highly recommend Stark Federal Credit Union.

Their loan people never take a moment to let you explain anything. My credit report was not up to date I paid off tons of stuff but they never let me explain or show them the paid off stuff. I have no issues at other banks but they are so quick to just get rid of you even though I have been a member with them for 5 years paid off many loans with them and have no marks on credit.

At first they were great get yoy in for a good loan to get vy but when push comes to shove and explain why you are now about to go homeless and go for a low loan to just get by they'll deny you. They don't care well correction the manager doesn't care the workers do.

I would not use this establishment, I currently am a member before 1985 when they had use a house as an office on Cleveland Ave. Their customer service was excellant then, which I can no longer say is true. I especially would not use their loan office. I only use them now becuase we have establish funds there. I will not be opening any more accounts or seek a loan with them. I reccomend checking other establishments

My husband and I have 3 loans with SFCU. Debbie made every process simple and painless! We appreciate how helpful and responsive she always is. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This credit union is the most useless credit union ever! I have been with them for a long time had a lot of loans with them never missed one payment. Paid off a lot of loans and they must of changed something because now it is impossible to get a loans with them. I can get loans other places but they deny me all the time. What a useless bank I can't wait to pay off my last loan and close all my accounts with them. I may even refinance it with someone else just to get away from this bank. What a joke!

Great banking facilities around Canton & Alliance. Friendly staff most times. I would've given 5 starts if they would add in an option to pay on a loan principle online like other credit unions do. Very annoying to have to send in checks to pay extra while out of state working most of the year. Add that option and you get the 5 stars!! :) Great rates too - that's why I hate having to get loans from other credit unions just due to their conveniences.

Jaime S. ( or maybe it’s Jamie) is hands down the BEST banking associate I have ever dealt with in all of my banking history. I have been a member of SFCU for a few years now and I can not imagine ever banking anywhere else.

We had an excellent experience getting a new home loan with Stark Federal, Dave in the loan department really knows his job and things ran very smoothly.
