This place isn't teribble they will work with you as long as you stay in touch with them. They ended up taking my truck I didn't make the payment my fault obviously.. But they ended up buying my truck from me( it needed work and wouldn't start) which not only payed my loan off but put money in my pocket just wish the owner was a little nicer and had a little more compassion. Jay that works in the office is super nice ..

Been going to Star Loan Centers for a few months and everytime I go in there to pay the guy that works there is nice and always asks me how my day is going. Thank you for making me feel like a person and good customer and not just someone else walking in to give you money. Star loans is the best.

Happy that I go to Star Loans. Jay is friendly and always remmebers me when I go there. The place helps out a lot. I paid off my first loan and they gave me money again to start a new loan the next month.

Wish I could give a negative be careful about your inquiries they will use that against you no matter what you can submit online application they run you through like 15 places but they treat you like you have 15 loans like the response though I suggest stick to check city or rapid cash they straight forward no games star loans act like they are tier 1 but believe me others treat you better just look at the professional responses that says it all

Hi Thanks for the response, the reason for my rating is relatively simple but maybe a bit over board. Seeing the reply from our wonderful management affirmed my rating. I had went with a buddy of mine, as we pulled in he had noticed the dispensary near by. He quickly jumped out and headed that way as I got my paper work ready to apply for a small payday loan, one of the employees quickly stopped him and yelled at him for parking in the company's dedicated parking. Two hard headed people trying to explain their side of the story quickly turns into a shouting match. I had stepped out and was going to tell the gentleman I was the reason we had parked there and instead of him waiting on me, he was going to entertain himself. I got pulled into this yelling match and said "That's fine Sir, we'll vacate your premises and I will goto another loan center" He then proceeded to yell at us about being "illiterate". Thanks for the offer 'management', but when you act "Holier than thou" and place yourself high on a pedestal for dealing with those who have little to no education, you aren't giving your business a fair name. And poking fun at somebody's name? Must have quite some down time. Thanks

Amazing customer service! I went thru a divorce recently and decided to party with my diamond and white gold engagement ring and sold it here. Was happy with my offer and glad to be rid of it! On to the next chapter!!!

Shady people from THIS loan location. Online application pointless since they DONT take disability income or retirement income EVEN though they falsely have an option to chose disability or retirement. Dont do loan business with someone who cashes out on your application by clicking denial after you submit it. False advertisement and option on application form: Reported to BBB. If I could post the managers professional picture....a stoner hoodie? Really? That is what you want your customers to see???

I am a new customer to Star Loan Center. I got my loan last month and I really really needed it when my dog got sick. It was pretty easy and since I had my car paper and stuff with me, they gave me the loan the same day I went in there. Thank you!!!

I have been a customer for a while and this place is great. Once time they was cool when I was a little late paying, and that really was cool of them. Jay youre awesome man.
