This is by far the best pawnshop I've ever been to and I will not go anywhere else. Simply put, they are fair, and maybe the only ones out there who are. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody. If you go anywhere else in town, you should have come here.

Worst customer service I’ve had in my life. Came in here with my 2 year old in the am to look at their womens jewelry selection and was treated like I was there to rob them. I wasn’t able to look at anything besides a pair of studs. I had to make it clear I wanted to see the pieces up close. Who goes into a pawn shop and buys something without being able to look at it up close ? I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming in here to BUY, they don’t seem to want to sell.

Someone picked up phone and said to come on down. Got here and gate is closed halfway and now won't answer the phone. Actually keeps hanging up on me. Worthless.

I would highly recommend John's Loan &Jewelry Co to anyone requiring an immediate loan or advance pledge against their goods of value. A friendly run family business with many years of accurate value assessment. Your getting a very professional service at all-around appraisal of almost any goods including gemology and high end jewellery/watches, which this family business are expertly knowledgeable. In my experienced opinion, which anyone and everyone will learn very quickly, why waste hours and hours in long queues at the corporate owned outlets throughout Las Vegas only to come up against young untrained staff, often rude, including finally a low loan offer and very high months interest. 13% per month. John's Loan & Jewelry Co to the best of my knowledge out competes everyone in Las Vegas on lending rate. I think still around 7% . My advice is, do the math on that basis alone. How can anyone with any basic common sense go anywhere else, especially if you need to go into extra weeks or months to redeem. Hopefully my advice is helpful to anyone in a position of urgency of immediate cash against valuable goods.

This place is a joke. I’ve been in 3 times now. They are unable or unwilling to tell you prices or sell you anything. When you do ask about something they have on-hand they get confused like they expected you to ask for something else… Like their customer base doesn’t go in to purchase the legit items in the store.

Anthony and his employees were highly professional! The rates are extremely competitive! I’ve also bought several handguns from Anthony and not only were they in great condition but a great deal too! I’m a regular customer of this establishment and recommend them highly!

This is the nicest, most professional family run business I've ever worked with. You have to visit the store to understand the difference. Trust me...EXCEPTIONAL. Since moving to Vegas 10 months ago they are still the only pawnbroker I'll use. Fair. Kind. Consistency. Keeps me going back. I would recommend them to anyone I met without hesitation and the rare silver antiquities inside the store are a treasure for sure!!

This is the BEST place in Las Vegas to get a loan with the lowest interest rate! Before coming to Johns loans and jewelry I shopped around and Nothing could compare to what they offer. In addition to the loan, their customer service is great and will work with you! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family that are in need of a loan!

The person to person inter action of the customer service is on point. Made the process of getting a loan get painless. Nobody want to have to pawn anything especially something like wedding rings unfortunately that was the case for my wife and I he made it very easy

They took care of my property but the guy who works there, which us apparently the owners son, us nothing but Rude, laz and incompetent. It's unfortunate that the owner doesn't make him behave in a more professional manner. Not only did he make me stand outside for 30 minutes while playing a video game he gas a nasty attitude problem. Never again will I use this pawn shop.

Went here to pawn an item I had and they took care of me and I definitely will be back to purchase from here they have a good selection on the items im interested in thanks again guys -Hector

Hours are not accurate. Shop does not have merchandise it claims to have. Total scam. Extremely disappointed.

I pawn my jewelry there for emergencies only and I highly get what I ask for and way more better then any other pawn shops in town I 110% highly recommend.

This is not a corporate pawn shop, but a very reputable and respectful family business. Extremely professional and fair. They don't have large interest rates and will hold your item or items longer than other shops. I've always had the utmost respect for the employees and owner. Unlike other shops they don't take junk items and if you're ever looking for a bargain on jewelry or gold then be sure to stop by and take a look. You can go to any shop and find what you want... Much of it it is junk. If you want an honest professional opinion with the respect of both staff and customer then go here first. This is the hidden gem of the valley and if you want value check them out.
