St Mary's Bank Hanover St, Manchester

Was just in to get a loan of 25,000 for a used truck. Have 23,000 already in my account with them. Figured buying it with a loan and paying back over a few years would be best to cover sudden emergency expenses if the need should arise. Figured with Excellent Credit, my prior loan paid in full early. And the 23,000 I could use at any time to pay off the loan that it was a sure fire thing being super low risk. Guess St Mary's doesn't trust you to come up with another 2,000 bucks over 4 years. Ridiculous Bank elsewhere people.

Customer beware! 4 phone calls, visit to branch for scheduled appointment with Branch Mgr, or so I thought. Turns out she was not the branch mgr so that was a waste of my time. Two fraudulent withdrawals from my checking. It seems I have to buy the latest software for my PC to even try to get my money back? Thanks for taking such good care of me. Going to try the main branch today but right now I have zero faith. Probably Better Business Bureau & Banking Commissioner on Monday. This has been going on for over a week.

Very unhappy with the service. All I wanted to do is change my name on my account while I was in town. It would be 2 weeks before I could do that and I 45 minutes away. Called the bank and no one picked up the phone.

Drive thru has 13 cars in line, no lobby service. Only one drive thru lane open. I need to consider another bank

Going here for over 15 years tellers have always been nice and friendly and any issue I've ever had has been promptly resolved.

I don't always have time to run inside so I prefer to use the drive up A.T.M. But 9 out of 10 times the A.T.M. is either out of order or won't accept deposits, when it will take deposits,it can't handle more than 4 bills without spitting them back out.

ATM outside never works properly. So far twice a teller shorted me on money and not given me the bills I ask for. I have to drive all the way to the St. Mary’s on Elm Street or on the west side in order to use the ATM for deposits. For the most part I get friendly service but my job keeps me from being able to go in and that is why I’m always using ATM

I have had St Mary's bank savings, checking and credit card services for many years. Recently I have had two sets of fraudulent charges on my checking acct and on my credit card. Both times the bank staff called me to tell me they thought there might be issues with the charges. Both times my money was returned and new cards were provided. Thanks St Mary's for watching out for me.

When I went to ask for help, they did a fantastic job, I explained why I need my money and the employee went above and beyond to help me out. I just want to thank st mary' s for help. God bless. Thank you!
