And, Holly? Amazing! This team demonstrated exceptional customer service, accuracy, and real time industry insight. Even now, I'm amazed at how seamless the process came together. Our refinance experience with Eric Willis was great! It was clearly in our financial best interest to do so, and he literally walked us through the entire process, explaining every step along the way, including letting us know who we would be speaking with. Eric is professional , knowledgable, gracious and well informed. We very much appreciated working with Eric and have even recommended him to a few friends. I trust him that much. If we decide we need to refinance again, we wouldn't use anyone else.

First time home buyers here. We had Lisa M. She started off really nice. Quoted us an amount, we found a home went under contract, lost it due to an issue with the sellers. Then we went to put in an offer on a new place, and Lisa informed us we were no longer approved for the first amount!?! She told us how to fix everything, we took a month off searching and fixed everything. Then she said we couldn't get approved at all, and had to wait another month or two, no explanation why! We then went to a new lender, got approved for more than Lisa said, and have since purchased a home. We were not happy with the run around, messed up paperwork, and then lack of reason for being told we could not get approved. Especially since another company approved us for a significant amount more. We will not be recommending her.

He looked at our information and heard what we were looking for in a home. He then worked with us through every step of the way to achieve our goal of home ownership. Patrick is amazing! He has worked closely with me for more than 1 year to help get me pre-approved and approved for a loan. I think he went way above and beyond and what a mortgage broker usually does or is supposed to do always answered my phone calls reply to my texts in a very very reasonable time get me lots of advice how to improve my credit, lower my debt to income ratio, helped keep my credit utilization low with his advice. he also gave me great advice on having the perfect credit mixture credit cards Etc. My first met him I never thought I would be able to get pre-approved for a mortgage because of my situation but he proved it can be done. Eric was terrific to work with. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and was readily available by phone, text or email. We hemmed and hawed whether it was worth it to refinance our home mortgage but when we realized rates were starting to move higher we decided to liquefy some of the equity in our home. We worked with Chastice Cocchiarella at Pinnacle and went with United Wholesale Mortgage Co., hands down, best rate and lowest closing costs....believe me...I checked them all out...closing company, Compass Title was great too...and very accommodating. Overall great experience and would highly recommend working with Chastice at Pinnacle.
