St. Mary's Bank Perimeter Rd, Manchester

So I rushed all the way from the middle of Manchester to deposit money into my vehicle payment and I get there 10 minutes before close and they have a “temporary closed sorry for any inconvenience” 10 minutes before they CLOSE they closed this is unacceptable to the fullest extent and I will be making a complaint. I rushed here like a chicken with its head cut of I will be switching to a different bank that actually works the hours it states.

I cant find a way to make my car payment !!! Never had this kind of headache with other banks !!! Please fix this issue !!!

I've been banking, both personally and for my business, with St. Mary's Bank for over a decade. Their free checking accounts have no hoops to jump through (they're just free. period.), loan rates are usually competitive, and staff at the call center and branch are always quick and friendly.

I thought they were really nice and went out of their way to be helpful. They werent even my bank and they tried to help me with an atm issue. Thanks

The staff went out of their way to correct my mistake and are always friendly and courteous any time I do. Business there.

I have never had as much trouble making my car payment as I do having my loan here. Every month is something. I can’t get into the lobby the drive up is open at odd hours. Last Friday I went to 4 locations trying to pay my car payment. Called and DID NOT get a call back, called 4 times. It’s taken me 4 days to finally reach someone to pay THEN I had to pay a 10$ convince fee to pay over the phone. At this point I said heck with it and paid it. I do not think it’s fair since none of the locations are open in ANY surrounding town. I am beyond great full for Sue whom I talked to today. She was very kind and helped me make my payment then gave me the number to reach her to help set up online banking to pay. If it wasn’t for her I would be looking into refinancing to have any bank better than this one. Sue needs a raise and a paid vacation and a second headset. She goes above and beyond for clients. Thank the lord for Sue!

Today I went in and used the ATM to withdraw some cash before going to the tellers. I accidentally left my card in the ATM and a very nice lady came in and turned it in. I immediately looked in my purse and realized it was my card, told them the name on the card, and they refused to give it back to me. The only explanation they gave was that "it's a bank rule" because it was not a St Mary's Bank card. One of them questioned me as if it was not my card even though I provided the details, and gave me attitude when I inquired about why she would not hand me back MY CARD. I still do not understand why they couldn't give it back, and now I have to go through a whole process of getting a new one from my employer. If this is seriously a rule, they should have explained exactly why they could not return my property to me even though I could prove it belonged to me. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I will not return to this branch.

Terrible terrible terrible.... Want a bank where you will sit on hold for 30 mins on the phone every time you have a question or need to report an account or card issue? St Marys is your bank! My 3 calls over the 6 months I've held an account here put me in line with 15, 54, and 38 callers ahead of me, respectively. Average wait time AT LEAST 30 min.

Tried to have me falsify my income for a larger loan and closed out all my credit accounts without verifying with me?

Always great every time I go there. Jen has been taking care of me for years.
