I am sorry you feel that way Ashley .. but I have been going to Joe for lil over 2 years now. He has never done me wrong and always tried hard to help those who are in legit need and helping themselves. I have never had a issue with his prices. I recommend SPRINGFIELD PAWN AND LOAN over Pawn stars any day. Yeah they Joke and have fun . He jokes with his closer customers who are like family. (I mean hell it makes the day go faster ) I am sorry Joe if sensitive people take the jokes and humor as " harassment" .

Good guy but also a shrewd businessman. He'll help people out to an extent but can you blame him for not helping every Tom, Dick and Harry? People are 24/7 nonstop trying to take advantage of him. I know he's helped me out at my LOWEST and I'll always respect the man

Joe is a good businessman who knows what he is doing. He is not a flea market or yard sale. He knows what he wants and some of the things brought in he doesn't need. It my look disorganized but he isnt.

This is by far the best pawn shop in Springfield joe is a very respectful & considerate man he is fair on both parties, he will meet you halfway.

I've been going to Joe's shops since he opened the one on Yellowsprings st. He's always been really knowledgeable and always jokes around with u so there's no tension. I've always got good deals and even fair pay on pawn or sales, the people that say otherwise most likely brought n something they thought was worth more than it was and was disrespectful to him or his staff about the price or whatever else. But all n all good guy that knows his stuff and gives fair prices.

This is a great place to take your stuff. Joe helps you out the best he can and if you are a regular customer he helps you out even more. I just got my stuff put on hold for me because I asked him. Joe is a really good guy and helps when he can. Thanks a lot Joe....

This is the best shop,I have been too. The joe is great with his customers,he loves to joke with his customers to make sure they have a great time so they can come back. He has always helped me when Needed it ,Joe is just great guy !!!

Mr Rittenhouse that is unfair there are both state and feseral laws that must be followed when you purchase a gun from another state. You purchased a gun from a private seller who did not follow the laws. I will not break the law just because of this. When guns are transferred from another state certain things need to be done on order. Please understand that we don't break the law because one party or the other doesn't know the laws or chooses to ignore them.

Drove about 60 miles to look at some thing that should have been worth the money what he showed me was a broken,very dirty, rusted piece of junk. First time going to a pawn shop and now I know why what a waste of time.
