From writing the business plan 4 years ago, to securing financing to build a new facility, SBDC has been instrumental. They have assisted me in establishing and developing my business. If you are a start up or an existing business wanting to grow, seek them out! They have a wealth of resources!

I have taken many of my business ideas to Rob Alexander at SBDC. He has always responds with professionalism and a non-judgemental attitude. He takes all of my ideas seriously and has equipped me with the guidance and resources I need to move forward with my business plan. The Springfield SBDC and Rob Alexander (and many other advisors) have been a tremendous help in my business success. They have helped me with several projects over the years (video editing, accounting, Quickbooks, etc.) and most recently with my PPP loan application and forgiveness application. The PPP loan was very intimidating, they are super helpful and patient. I don't understand why other business owners do not utilize these resources to their benefit... it's what it's there for.
