IH Credit Union W High St, Springfield

Seriously cannot stand this place. Nothing but issues since the day I started with them and every time I call, I get talked to like I'm not a person. Extremely rude customer service lady. Have my account set up on monthly payments and tried to pay this month's early to make xmas money work and both the early payment and this month's came out so when I called she replied with, and I QUOTE, "well why did you do that?" with extreme attitude. When I said my personal reasons are not important, she responded in an attitude yet again. "Not important? If you have it on auto pay and make a payment, 2 payments come out, do they not?" I was not aware that the early payment wouldn't take place of the monthly payment and so I asked if she could just cancel one and she said "no call your bank"

So rude to deal with and my husband has been a member for over 25 years. I also do not understand with Day air credit union and Wright Patt credit union you can pay a bill over the phone without being charged a $15 fee especially being a member for as long as we have Wright Patt credit union and Day air do not charge these fees for using another bank to pay a bill

No way to call them during non-business hours. No online banking support between 5pm Friday and 9am Monday. System is down and no one is available to help. They also overdraft your account on purpose and don't waive any fees. Staff is all helplessly useless when using ANY sort of new technology (like a computer). Even when the online banking system was working, it was horribly outdated and barely functional. Avoid this bank at all costs.

Gotta pay fees in order to pay your loan online. I've never heard of this Gm finance and Wright Patterson doesn't charge you. Also, your first payment is not taken directly out of your account you have to come out of your way to go pay it or pay a $15 online fee, which is overly ridiculous. Don't pick this place they truly don't know what they are doing. DEFINITELY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!

The worse credit union ever. No one answers the phone always have to leave a message and hope you get a call back the same day. I recently left a message and received a call back just for the lady to transfer me to another lady who didn't answer. Never dreamed a place could be ran so unprofessional. With working a job where we can't have our phones on us has made getting in contact with these people almost impossible
