Had my taxes done yesterday, didn't think about it until now but I should still have some copies of my w2s you guys kept all of them and I've never left a tax agency without any kind of documentation , I still have a few novel size folders from hr block with copies of all kinds of stuff I need , and your ad says biggest refund possible but bi had to tell you how I was getting a bigger EIC otherwise I would have left there with 1/4 of the return I'm getting , I'll definitely be getting back to hr block from now on

Good afternoon,to begin with this is one of the most disturbing reviews I have ever had to write... This establishment has been around for years and yes they accept walk ins,greet you with a smile, and seem to be patient but they're nothing but wolves in sheep's clothing.. They take advantage of the community their in because it's of lower class so more times than not especially during the pandemic the community is in need of help and financial assistance. They offer the cash advance without putting all your information in so it appears legit, but on the screen it should not only have your information but it should also have your dependents, secondly most Americans received stimulus checks and depending on the amount that's exactly what Speedy tax service is charging you on top of the 980+ dollars, when I asked them to please attach form 2441, the guy tried to talk over me by saying if another stimulus comes out then opt out of it. Based on fictitious rumors about you having to repay your stimulus payments he is using that and charging for it. I declined to use his services when he quoted the amount I would receive especially since I already received a quote that was double that amount and I asked for all my documents back. Instead of returning MY personal documents he told me no he would shred them and I should be ok with that. So I informed him that I will now record him declining to give me my personal property and if I come across any fraudulent activity within the next 10years on me or my children's names etc,he will be the first suspect. Please don't go here, May you receive all the blessings and help needed during these unfortunate times..... Look up form 2441, go to Jackson and Hewitt or HR block ... They give advances too, and if you don't get it the first to year you're guaranteed the advance the second year for Christmas and when you receive your W2's
