First time coming here and as I walked in I was instantly greeted, they sounded like a choir! That made me feel welcomed and the lady helping me was so sweet. The manager even came and introduced herself to me. They were unable to cash my check but I will still come back to this location for my money orders and what not. Customer Service is great!

Best location ever! I have always had exceptional service...and it's clear, its out of the goodness of their heart. Leanne is top-notch. She helped me and went above and beyond. Would give more stars, if I could! Great job. These people are, no doubt, awesome!

Someone at the s.lamar location either approved a 3500 dollar loan under my name or took the money themselves. They stole my identity and tried to lead me to believe it didn't happen! Dont give them your info unless you want fraudulent charges and ruined credit!

Great Service, the employees that works there are too nice. I totally recommend this place. The employees treat you with professionalism, specially Martha she was well informed of everything I needed to do.

Absolutely enjoyed working with Andreas! He was terrific. Linette on the other hand was one of the worst humans I've dealt with customer service wise. I have very bad anxiety. I've also never been put into the spot of having to take out a loan. Her and the other woman we worked with before Andreas threw jargon terms at me the whole time we were talking. And to top it off when I asked why I was getting a membership card for a loan because I was super confused, linette told me well it's quiet simple in a terrible tone with aggressive body language. I would advise either talking straight to Andreas or not going to that location. Edited DO not get a loan with these people. They will milk you dry. Literally had 3 months to save for my apartment but I've been paying them 110 dollars every 2 weeks to keep my loan in good standing. None of that goes to my principle balance. None of this was explained at the store. They took advantage of me to the fullest and I will not get that money back. Thanks speedy cash for completely putting me into even more debt.

Staff doesnt inform you enough about payday loans. I suggest that no one ever gets one because its basically robbery. Your paying over 40% interest and ends up costing you hundreds of dollars more than you barrow. DONT DO PAYDAY LOANS!!!

Incompetent and rude employees. Will not step foot in this speedy cash on Lamar again. Location on William Cannon and S Congress is a hundred times better and more welcoming.

All the girls are friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and smells good! You even get great Customer Service when you call the store!
