I am so in love with this Speedy Cash location as all the people that work there are all Angels!!! And all the benefits that come with using their banking : Revolve Finance are extraordinary! I use them like a regular bank and get my direct deposits sooooo fast- actually faster then a regular bank!!! And if I have a charge back it happens again soooo fast! I am so impressed with them and will be a life long extremely satisfied, happy and loyal customer!!! Such a blessing they are in my life!! And Jenifer helped me today!!! The Downey location is by far the most professional, effective, clean, and experienced customer service team I’ve experienced and been too. These ladies are so informative and really makes my experience better. Always on her toes Jasmin is one of my favorites. She recognizes me when I come in, she’s very patient and effective and I can always trust that when she handles my account I’m receiving proper information. Do not recommend going here at all. I came here to receive money which I had to make an account for, I filled out form on paper and gave it to the lady named lizeth. She first asked for id which I handed over and then she continuously goes to the back to speak to somebody else, then she finally comes back saying I need physical security card mind you I already put down my social on form I had to fill out with them! This is after the fact when she could have said that from the beginning. I asked for the form back since they had no use of it and it had my social security which I wasn’t comfortable with them having, and she said they couldn’t give it back. I wrote this to help the next person from going here!!

Everything was great. People are very helpful. Very friendly. Only reason not 5 star is the high interest rates but I guess if you need the help then you gotta pay. Should lower rate if you are an excellent returning customer. Anything would help.
