The girl with the big ear rings is really rude has no customer service gives u attitude not even nice at all even when I told.her I paid it off and I called coorpate they said I can Barrow again she gave me attitude she acts like she don't like people or doesn't care she's just there for a check I got approved for a new loan was denied be careful.going to the girl.with big earnings she will.give u attitude everyone else is nice my favorite is the older lady with glasses she works on Fridays she's awesome ...one on Thursday the opener is really rude and mean to people I'm pretty sure every customer had a bad experience a rough time wit that girl with the big ear rings

I cashed a Very large escrow check here. The asst manager helped me and was very professional. She did all the necessary verifications to confirm the check was authentic and coordinated with her manager throughout the process. I complain about being charged for cashing the check, after all that is the nature of the business. My money was discretely counted put in an envelope for me. I could not ask for better service. #ReturnCustomerForLife

I asked the clerk lady if I can withdraw money from a debit card and she said it's 6 dollars.umm OK..rip off...or use the ATM and precisely I asked to not use the ATM and there fees..

I am always sceptical about going to new financial institutions. I have had an issue with Identity theft using one before. I recently went here for the first time to cash a check. When I first approached the female teller she start typing in unknown information then she ask me if the company was open. I told her I didn't know. Her response was you work there don't you I said no. She asked what kind of check it was. It was a refund check from my dental insurance. I told her she acted like she didn't understand and asked for the letter it came with. Reluctantly I went to go get it and brought it back. I was made to wait even though there was another available teller. I gave her the letter she began to take other personal information off the letter, not pertinent to cashing a check. Then she took the check and letter which had confidential information on it out of my sight of view. I asked what she was doing she got an attitude and said she was verifying it. I asked her how. She stated that she was calling the number. I told her that I felt uncomfortable. I asked for the letter back and stated I would give here the number. The other women makes a comment " you didn't have a problem giving her the letter before." I told the other women I was uncomfortable not being able to see what was going, that she could be taking a picture. The other women says" the copy machine was on the other side of the room." At this point with the lack of respect to the customer and lack of customer service I was ready to leave. As I was walking out the door the other lady, who was not helping me at all still was making comments to me. This is why people feel uncomfortable with these types of institutions.

SCAM ALERT.. went to cash $1200 stimulus check.. charged 3% even though sign says 2%.. girl said the stimulus check is not a government check.. paid $12 extra dollars

If you have time to setup a western union transaction, then you have time to help the person at the front of the line with a money order.

Terrible service and very unprofessional if I can give the no stars for their services I would.
