Speedy Cash Babcock Rd, San Antonio

I had lost my wallet, my I'd and opt card we're in my wallet. I called opt plus to cancell my card. Two days later I entered Speedy Cash 3 blocks from my house to see what I can do to get another card or temp card something but was told no I had to wait for my replacement card 7-10 days from when I reported it lost. I had no gas, no money, nothing I was stuck. Well I called Speedy Cash main number desperately trying to find a way to get some help on a card now. I was transferred to Speedy Cash at 1701 Babcock where I spoke to the manager Annette explained my situation and to my surprise she told me what to do and to suggest it to my speedy Cash down the street. Well i did and the manager at the Fair Ave. Store basically said right from the start " oh I would be able to help you but our service center we call and use closed at 6" upset and angry I called Annette back retold the story and she immediately called corporate on the other line and spoke to someone in corporate. I got a new card and had access to my money within minutes. I am so thankful that Speedy Cash has people that love and KNOW their job because I will never use the one on Fair Ave. Again 2 times I was disappointed. Mind you I live on the Southside of San Antonio and there's a speedy Cash 3 blocks away but I now will only do to Babcock location. Thank you Annette for all you did. Sincerely, Christina

The lady was rude when I went to cash my check. I understand my job owed them but you didn't have to be rude when she cashed it and then the black lady brxt to her kept giving me dirty looks and they reared me like they were racist I don't appreciate that I didn't even even fet to get what I wanted there she was rude and I wish cooperation will get ahold if me

went to get a pay day loan, Everything was going good until i got rejected due to my credit check not passing.... If i knew they would do credit check i would not of tried. I went with everything they needed and its not enough bunch of bs.

I had an awesome experience with Annette, Glinda they were very helpful and I would recommended anyone to theses ladies.

I was really impressed with the size of this location, because it's one of the largest I have ever been to. The ladies were very nice. Quick and friendly. Will go to that location again.

I've been to other locations, n I promise you, just because it seems bigger, doesn't mean anything. They where dead, n I was already in their system, but it still took them longer then other locations to cash a simple $60 check. Typically, I'm in and out within 3 min. Here, it was closer to 10.

Called ahead of time to ask if they would cash a SSI check that is endorsed to a third party. They said yes, then I went in and they denied because they say they don't cash third party checks.

This place is a rip off, if you don't believe me, just go to the Better Business Bureau website. look up Speedy Cash, and look for my name Raymond Ramos. And there are not approved by the BBB.

I have received the best customer service from Mrs. Tease. Will recommend friends!
