First time taking out a loan and it was great experience! The two ladies in the front Karina & Sonia were very helpful and nice. Great customer service. Karina seemed she was fairly new but did great ! Sonia was very professional in assisting her co worker! Over all quick and easy!

These two ladies Leslie and Paisley made taking out a loan easy! Both provided me with awesome customer service and were professional. The process was fast and easy no hidden agendas etc. I recommend if you're looking at perhaps taking out a loan this is the place to stop by and do that.

Ramone and Datron provided the most outstanding customer service. They addressed all concerns quickly and professionally. Walking in thinking we can't get a loan and they proved us wrong! Got a money order at this store with Sonia I believe was her name, she was great, very friendly. Store is always clean when i go.

I love this store !! I was not having a good day and I just came in for a quick money order the employees greeted me right when I came in with big smiles, that right there made me feel a lot better!! I didn’t have to deal with rude employees they were all friendly ! also I got a refer a friend card and few weeks later I got 25$ just cause I refer someone and he got 10$ My very first time here at one of these stores and I will definitely come back !!!

The store was awesome and quick they answered all my questions and took care of every need that I had. Honestly this was the best experience I've had with Speedy Cash they totally kept a long-term customer!

This is my boyfriend account but the speedy Cash on oltorf service is very good and welcoming. Sonia was a very good help. She is so nice and will try her best to help you if she can.

Staff is extremely nice and very helpful. They could answer any and all my questions. I've taken out a few loans here previously and never had a bad experience.

Lady manager very rude. Came in to cash a tax return check and they couldn't cash it, most likely because it was from Connecticut which I could understand if she had politely told me they couldn't, but instead she was extremely rude and argumentative. Got it cashed at the HEB instead. Why do people hire bitter, nasty managers? If you are having a bad day, please don't take it out on your customers!!
