My wife and I came here to Cash a check. The man who cashed it (Kristian) claimed that when he called to verify the check it came back as a fake check and that he would have to hold onto the check unless the police were called. My wife prompted him to call the police, he then claimed to call chase again at which time he said they made a mistake and the check was indeed valid. His co worker also ran the check through and saw other checks such as the one we had. My wife was made to feel totally embarrassed as she tried to explain the validity of things to him and he put he down multiple times. Defiantly needs new management these kinds of mistakes can be serious!
