Staff overall are courteous, except for Tancia. She was extremely rude & unprofessional. I have been a member for almost 5 years and she is the only one who has a problem clearing my payroll checks. She wouldn’t let me speak or explain anything she talked over me and was blatantly disrespectful. I will be finding a new bank to take my business to.

Lala was super helpful, friendly and had all the patience in the world as I asked my million questions!!! I would definitely recommend this credit union thus far, everyone was helpful and available!

On Friday, 10-02-20, I visited Space Coast Credit Union. Located at 1672 NE Miami Gardens Drive. The nice young lady that handled my transactions was Carlette. Ms. Carlette greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. Ms. Carlette was courteous and professional. It is nice to see and witness Exceptional Customer Service in 2020. 👏👏👏

I tried to open an account. Apparently they can't do that at a branch so they brought me to a cubicle and handed me a phone to a line that was on hold. I didn't really understand. On the phone, they asked my name, social security number, and address. They didn't like my address. They said they don't serve that area. Then they yelled at me and said I just admitted on a recorded line that I didn't live in the area they service. How do you ask someone's SSN on a recorded line without their permission???

Interest rates on loans are pretty good .Customer service is OK but tellers are kind of slow and kind of rude, No drive thru and you cannot deposit using the ATM, which means you have to either walk into branch or use the night drop and sometimes your deposit do not show for at least 3 or 4 days later.Only positive they have is zero fee on business accounts regardless of balance. I would only recommend it if you have a small business like mine with very few deposits and you want to avoid pesky monthly fees that every other bank stick you with.

Lack of professional communication, I tried to open a business account on Monday and they told me that I was supposed to make it through the phone, however they then told over the phone that I needed to do it in person. When we went back to the building to make an account, we were met with lack of help as most of the staff wasn't helpful and we were met with attitude

I have been a member since 1994. They offer great service. I strongly recommend this bank.
