Space Coast Credit Union | Merritt Island, FL Fortenberry Rd, Merritt Island

Used to be a good CU. Slowly started adding fees while reducing services. Now just as good as a corporate bank while being less convenient than any other bank I the country. Total waste.

I drove to this location because I was out of town and needed to visit my bank. This is no longer a SCCU... its now a Launch Credit Union (with the address at 300 S Plumosa St- either that or I couldn’t see the SCCU from the road so I don’t know it I missed it or it’s closed honestly) so the map may have made me waste time and gas taking me to a location that's being used by another name. These things should be updated frequently to avoid confusion and loss of resources. As much $$ as Google makes and they cant be current????

I've been using this bank for 10+ years now. They have always been extremely accommodating, friendly, and polite. The change machine is free for members. Anyone who complains about the hours, get yourself together in time to go. I rarely wait long when I go inside or using the drive through.

My credit union for over 20 years. They have grown both in size and locations but never lost the touch and feel of something local. If your looking for a banking insatution I would highly recommend speaking to them and find out if the fit is right for you.

I have always been treated well at SCCU. I have a auto and boat loan with them and now a corporate account. I have not yet used them strictly for all my banking needs but most likely will soon convert over.

Absolutely the worst automated system ever!! So hard to just get a person on the phone!

I was having an extremely rough day and the young lady was a true godsend and turned my day around. I had just been laid off and was hit at the same time with an issue that sccu had nothing to do with on my account. The young lady showed compassion, and with the assistance of her colleague provided me with an immediate resolution. I can't thank them enough and truly appreciate you both! God Bless!

whatever you do, don’t get a mortgage from SCCU. they constantly harass me for insurance info. you’ll regret it. don’t say you weren’t warned

Stay away from this bank. Their service sucks and they treat their customers no better than the big money grubbing banks like BOA. Don't know what has happened to Space Coast Credit Union. They used to go out of their way to help their customers. Guess they just got too big to care anymore.
