When I called to ask the requirements for a registration loan the woman who answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went into the office and was met with happy attitudes and very efficient service. Thank you to Rosie for all her help!!

Their manager that they need to approve everything is somehow NEVER available. Their lender took my plates off my car and all of my personal belongings from inside of my car and they can’t tell me who they are or where my things are when I picked my car up. Everything you ask them the answer is always “I don’t know, or let me try to email my boss, she isn’t answering the phone” just unprofessional and careless.
