Southwest 66 Credit Union Odessa

I arrived before 10 am and the front door was locked so I went to the back tellers , they told me to go back to the lobby , I went back and the door was still locked . They had me going back and forth for 20 min . Finally the teller tells me the lobby doesn’t open until 10:30 am . At least put a sign at the front door and don’t make people waste their time driving back and forth 🤦🏾‍♀️

SW 66 is hands down the best financial institution I have been a member of. They are always friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. I feel like they truly care and I will be having other members of my personal family switch over to join the SW 66 Credit Union family soon!

Website says closes at 5:30 and the drivethru closess at 6 but when I arrived at 5:20 there was a note on the front door that says cut off time is at 5:20. Maybe they should change their hours of operations on the website so people aren't mislead.

Horrible and incompetent account management. Customer service pathetic and rude. If you value your assets, avoid this facility at all costs. Charged me for an expenditure that I never made. After I paid it in protest, they deducted it from my account a second time. Cancelled my account and credit card today after wrangling with clueless facility manager.

Always is wonderful. People very nice and you can used share branch service, and this is the only credit union in Odessa with this service. It is just a great Bank. I love it.

Shared branch member after relocating to the area. For the past 3 months had to get a money order to pay my rent, XXXX.xx amount and never had an issue. Go in today and the lady tells me I can't get a money order for over 1k, that they have never done it. Just a flat out lie and I tell her we have been doing it for months. Seems these people are not consistent with their practices and don't know what the hell they are doing.

I had started working there december 10th. Couple days later i found out my mother was in icu in critical condition, i then left for nevada that night to attend to my mother. I kept in contact with them as much as possible, after not hearing from them after discussing with them when ill be returning back to texas, i get a call from them being told i was being let go due to being out to long. So much for them being all about the people. They are a joke. My family comes first! Im not sorry for staying with my mother in her time of need. I would never recommend anyone working for this company.

The staff was amazing, friendly and fast! I highly recommend you look into switching over to this credit union.
