Can never check my transaction history, the apps are completely worthless unless you need a 'general idea' of where your money goes.

Their customer service is less than pleasant. Why be rude and snooty when it's so much easier and it's your job to be nice and helpful to the customers/members? You're not the only bank out there so you really should appreciate the business.
