I've had a wonderful experience with Southside Bank at this location. The staff and John Miller did a great job explaining my business loan options. Mr. Millers guidance throughout the years has been thoughtful and appropriate, I appreciate his honesty. Very helpful and I would recommend them highly.

Reagan Rains and his team were superb. We applied for a loan at Southside Bank and they walked every step along the way with us. They answered our questions and worked very hard with our real estate broker and title company to make this the smoothest of transactions. I have bought 11 houses over the years and this had to be the easiest due to the efforts of Reagan and his team! We give a big tremendous thanks to Reagan and his team and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loan....!

Reagan was great. He was able to advise and think through scenarios to help us find the right product. He was extremely accessible through the entire process and even showed up to our closing! I've never had another lender do that. Would definitely recommend.

Reagan from Southside did a great job helping us with our mortgage. We had some unusual circumstances that our normal commercial bank couldn't accept. Southside understood our situation, had great rates, and we closed in about 45 days.

Great real bank! I have been in business for over 30 years. I have dealt with national and smaller local banks. These people are what I would call the quintessential small town bank. They are relationship based, and appear to be able to finance unusual things that contractors need. They fill a gap in banking that has not been available, at least to me, in the past!! I have done business with them for over a year, and have accounts and 2 loans. Parking lot security for a complex, has little too do with a bank! Get Real

My sincere appreciation goes out to Reagan Rains and Southside Bank. I recently closed on loan and this was the smoothest transaction I have had to date. I would highly recommend Reagan and Southside Bank for your mortgage needs. Their rates were highly competitive and the approval process was professional and smooth. Requests for documentation were well organized and I was given plenty of advanced notice and time to pull together what was needed. The loan closed as expected and Reagan kept me informed all along the way; so there were no surprises and no last minute stress.

Pulled into their parking lot to take an emergency phone call 4:30 on a Saturday. Sitting in my car with my kids in the parking lot. Guard quickly came across the lot, informed me that this was private property and I had to leave. When I told him I was taking an emergency phone call he threatened to call the police and we had to leave now. There were plenty of cars in the lot, but obviously we were the wrong kind of car. There are no signs restricting access.

It’s not often that a lender calls you two weeks before closing to offer to be ready to close early! But that was my experience with Reagan at Southside. The application process was smooth and painless, and Reagan and his team kept me up to date throughout. I highly recommend calling Reagan at Southside if you want a drama-free experience in getting a home loan (and don’t want to deal with some impersonal behemoth of a mortgage company).

Reagan went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us through the process of buying our first home! Reagan took the time to take paperwork to my husband's office when we had a hiccup with online signing. He met us at the title company when we signed and answered any last minute questions we had, explained the next steps. He has answered even more questions that came up over the first few months of home ownership. Reagan was wonderful to work with! While I hope we never have to move again, I would be more than happy to work with Reagan again if we do!
