I love this bank! The Collierville branch has been nothing short of amazing! Christine has been wonderful for us, and she’s always available! Even after hours, she has always been available to answer our questions or take our calls. Highly recommend SFCU :)

This credit union is the best there is. What make this place so great is that they treat you like family and really try hard to help and educate their members. I know the highest score you can rate on here is a five but this place deserves a 10+. Melva Brewer and Christine Cartwright and Marcus Beecham is the main reason I ranked them so high. There dedication to members and willingness to go to bat for the members is incredible. You will not find a better Credit Union anywhere because they don’t have these three people on their team.

This credit union is about the worst in following their own policies and procedures. They are guilty of telling you what steps to take to make a legal transaction and then breach the contract by stopping payment on their checks.

I have been with Southern Security for more than 30 years, I had a check to get lost in the mail. I spoke with Andrew Flowers, Regional Branch Director and asked if he could wave a stop payment fee of 26.00 he wasn’t interested in helping me at all and did not. Understand I have no control over the mail. I guess everyone that posted had to have not been black that was helped so well with their issues because I wasn’t. Out of 30 plus years I have bought vehicles and direct deposits so this is the treatment I get for being a loyal customer.

This Credit union is the best. They make sure to get the job done and make sure you are well taken care of. I personally talk to Mrs. Christen Cartwright and I love her. Communication is the key. Make sure your always communicating with them and they will do their best to have you taken care of. Thank you to this wonderful credit union.

Southern Security is the best bank in the Memphis area. Dawn, Christine, and the entire staff treat you like family. They have been there for me every step of the way from high school through home ownership. I would not consider banking anywhere else in Mid-South.
