Southern hills is a vital component to operating my business. They are always really and truly just a call, text, or email away. It's like they're waiting for you to contact them for a vehicle change, or other policy update etc. I mean they're very responsive.

John at Southern Hills was phenomenal to me as an insurance agent. After I totaled 2 vehicles and lost my insurance from another provider Erie added me and gave me the lowest rate I had ever had in my life. I had many complications about 2 years later later from New York State when I moved out of state during the covid pandemic, John helped me throughout the process and helped me prevent being fined due to insurance lapses. I would and have recommended this company to many friends and family.

Nicole was so great throughout the whole process. Kind as could be and as helpful as possible. She was very responsive to all of my questions whether it was through Email or over the Phone. So not only did i get great coverage and price, I had some of the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you Nicole for making it so easy.

Received horribly response times. Took over 4 months to even finish a quote. 6 months later received an extremely unprofessional phone call demanding I pay my bill and that I better figure this out even after I decided to go with another company because responses we're so slow. Later dealing with this issues I was yelled at on the phone and threatened to change my insurance over to theirs and pay them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for insurance. Let me just add that they sent me threatening emails after I posted this to take it down. I also don't know how to remove a review posting on here.

We've had this insurance for almost 6 years now, and couldn't be happier. Not only are the rates a amazing price, but they are amazing. A couple years ago, my husband tail ended someone. Not only were they concerned with our safety and if he was okay, but they took care of us the whole time. Giving us a rental, paying for our damaged cars "sitting fee". They always answer fast to our questions... AND. not to mention... during this whole COVID craziness... they gave back 30% of our payment, to help out in hard times. (They know no one is using there cars to go anywhere). So, I am beyond grateful for this insurance. And will keep bragging about them.

John supported my family and I as first time homeowners to get a policy that worked well for us. He and his staff went above and beyond to get the policies in place to insure not only our home, but also a second car on a tight schedule and with many requests from us. The customer service was customized, prompt, and reliable, and friendly - and improved our experience of relocating to Rochester area significantly!

John was so pleasant to work with!! Even with my crazy schedule he worked around it!! He explained everything to me and is prompt with calls or emails with questions! I refer him to my clients, especially since he was able to save me over $1000 dollars a year on my home and auto insurance! Highly recommend this company!!!

Best insurance/agent ever! When I first moved to NY, I didn’t know anyone to ask for referrals, so I just Googled “house insurance” and talked with a few different agencies. I went with Southern Hills because her rates and coverage were good, but mostly because I was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly she answered my emails and questions. The whole time I owned a house in NY, Fiona was more than helpful with questions about my policy. Definitely a good choice if you’re shopping for insurance!
