This is the worse company to get a car through. 3 years ago i came upon hard times and had to let the car go back to them. They sued me for the remaining balance which i thought was 12000. I called today to see how much owed and its up to 16000. How is this even possible ive been paying on this every pay check for 3 years. So now i have to pay over 24000 for a car ill never see again.

Worst car buying experience- no, nightmare ever. I'm surprised they have kept this business name for this long, considering they have changed it to avoid accountability. They charged me 39 percent interest which is highway robbery. They have lied, lied, changed paperwork, everything is wrong with this company.Literally everything from the unprofessional people answering the phones to them trying to sell you complete lemons to making paperwork mean what they want it to when it suits them, to them actually calling and texting you every few days for your payment even if you pay regularly. Buyer beware. Do not buy from these people.

Fair and honest as far as my loan. Upfront about costs and fees. They have agreed to work with me on multiple occasions and held true to promises.

Horrible. I wish I could give them a half of a star. The worst place to get a car from.

If I could put a negative star, I would. I wouldn't finance a pair of roller skates with these crooked people (for lack of a better word)

They have professional and nice with my husband I would continue giving them 5 stars

They don’t offer car facts , nor will they tell you what was previously wrong with the vehicle . I’ve only had my ‘15 Corolla for a yr now and the body valve needs replacing !

Please stay away from these guys! They are owned by the same person as nu-way auto and they only finance for themselves and are very rude and unprofessional. Please please go to any car lot besides nu-way!!! Every car lot can get you the same low down payment and lower interest rates.

If I could give negative stars I would. They lack professionalism and respect. Can not get anyone to call you they only want to email.

If I were you I would stay away from financing anything with this company. From personal experience. They have the worst business practices I have ever seen.
