This Credit Union consistently raises the bar of great customer service. When I go in or drive through they call me by my name without seeing my ID, the ladies here are simply amazing and make me feel like a valued member of the union. I will never bank anywhere else as long as I live!

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE NAVIGATOR!!! These people can’t give you a break during COVID, (plus we just went through a fire and 2 hurricane evacuations when we asked for the 3 month “skip a payment” type help). Just had one lady call and leave a message (totaling in 2 messages from navigator) and when I told her I was calling back she didn’t know why I was calling, and she wasn’t nice on the phone. I was frustrated (but still polite!) and she didn’t do ANYTHING to try to “calm the customer”, (actually became shorter with me) and then right after she gave me the info I needed SHE hung up after telling me to call her!! I’ll NEVER use Navigator again!!

Felt like I got lied to and robbed at the same time told me I was signed up for over draft protection. And I wasn't treated with disrespect losing that kind of money.. won't even let me talk to upper management to try and figure out what really happened to my money

We have been using this bank for years! Most of the ladies know our names and treat us like we are family. The customer service on the phone is also exceptional. Just got off the phone with a lady named Caroline and she was also very helpful.

I had the worst experience with this Bank, CUSTOMERS SERVICE tells you one thing but when you go into the bank It's something totally different, I wish they was on the same page with each other, No I would not recommend opening a new account with them. there fee's are outrageous, an they could care less about keeping a customer happy, I was very disappointed with the service I received from this bank.

I cant get into my account. I drive from Long Beach to ingalls and i couldn’t get gas today so I’m screwed out a days of work. And you can’t call after hours to speak to someone to fix account. My app isn’t working and today is pay day.
We sincerely apologize this was your experience today. Navigator’s mobile app was down unexpectedly for a brief time. It is now fully functioning. It's not clear as to your not being able to get into your account and so couldn't get gas. The employees at the Gulfport branch are awesome! The manager Melissa, Erin and the other ladies are so nice I feel like family when I visit the branch!!

I have called the credit union six times in two days trying to get a payoff for one of my customers and nobody has answered yet. EXCELLENT customer service...
