I called inquiring about my stolen guitars to see if they ended up in this pawn shop. I already filed a police report and the Sgt working on my case suggested I reach out to pawn shops in the meantime. As soon as I asked about guitars and that mine was stolen, I was rudely cut off and snapped at in a disgusting tone saying "you need to file a police report and let the police do their job. Thanks, have a great day." Couldn't get a word in inch wise and I was just simply inquiring if anyone had brought my guitars in. I understand having privacy laws and such, but, you can explain that to clients calling instead of being rude while I'm already in distress from being robbed. And the way whoever responds to the reviews on here is sick and unprofessional. Really disheartening.

What an amazing customer service experience we had here. They were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to help my son!!! I do not understand how they could have any less than a 5 star rating!! they are trying to run a business and pay their bills like the rest of us. These guys were extremely helpful, and very nice. They actually looked at, and evaluated my equipment an gave me a fair price on a short-term loan which helped me through my circumstance. I had been to two other Cleveland area pawn shops, and trust me when I say; “When your financial picture, takes a turn for the worse, leave the other pawn shops alone, and make South Euclid Pawn the first.” I will definitely recommend this store to anyone interested in great service with reasonable, and fair prices.

These guys are fantastic. I have used them many times for short-term loans and they are ALWAYS friendly, fair and professional. They also pay more than Uncle Ben's, in my experience. I literally have no complaints about them whatsoever. I highly recommend them.

I was considering tryin this pawn shop since it’s literally down the street from me but something told me to read the reviews I’m soooo glad I did! I would never recommend or go in this store I believe every customer that said they are rude and nasty it shows clearly when they respond back to these people like who raised you? I was in last week to drop off 2 basses and 1 guitar due to down sizing. My first time selling to a pawn shop. The couple there made it super easy and quick. Seemed like good people... even gave me suggestions on where to go to get more money for my gear (they didn’t have to do that. Shows they aren’t just in it for the money) but I sold to them since I just needed to get rid of them. We were done so fast that I awkwardly stood around for like 5 minutes because I didn't know we were done already. Ha! Will return if the need arises.

I've bought a few hand tools and a great DeWalt reciprocating saw here. It was in excellent condition and I've used it on 5-6 jobs in the last 2 months since I got it. Works great, very fair price. My only issue is they don't have very much stock. I stop in when I'm passing by and have a few, minutes and often there's not much new. Update 2 years later. I understand that they have no control over what gets brought in to the store. I continue to stop here frequently to see if they have any good deals on tools. As a handyman I'm always looking for tools. The owners are great, I enjoy conversations with them very much. Stock is still typically sparse on the things I'm looking for, but it's definitely worth stopping in to check. A find is a find!

Every time I walk into their shop, I am warmly greeted by the owners. The deals that they have on a daily basis are unbeatable, hands down! They are respectable, understanding, and whole-hearted people. I'd recommend anyone to stop by. Keep up the great job guys!

Second time I've been to this store they did not keep record of the tool sale I made at the end of last summer. They lied last time about the worth of my tools as well as this time. They could not lighten up at all my friend and I joked with them nevertheless and then they refused to do the sale after taking all of my information two X and rummaging through my tools ~ The little pipsqueak behind the counter started cussing at me. I'm a redneck but I was still nice to him. So I went to George's pawn shop and got more on price I asked for at this little toilet bowl. DO NOT GO IN HERE.
