I would like to say that my experience at this location was very heart warming... I was very upset that I couldn't complete a transaction. I tried two other places and no help, however I called Ms. Diane and explained my situation and she assisted me. Out of all the places I called and visited, she was the only one that went over and beyond so I could complete my transaction! Literally saved me today! I appreciate you so much Ms. Diane!!! I have been a customer for a long time not even sure how long its been, I work with Diane every time i go and she is the best. She calls me when my payments are due and she is always friendly and in positive spirits. I have seen many employees come and go at this store but the one Rock of the store Diane is always there to take care of her customers :) Great work Diane, you should give that women a raise she deserves it IMO Rob R.

My experience with ace has been great! All of the workers are always Pleasant and so helpful! Ms. Diane always go above and beyond with helping me if I had any issues! She is very nice and so patient with her customers… I really appreciate good customer service and I got to say I haven’t Came across anyone like her!!! I love seeing her face when I walk through the door and knowing that she is about to assist me with whatever I need! She always has a smile on her face and you can just tell she loves her job! Ace is a great place overall but I will only go to that one because she’s there⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ms. Diane was beyond exceptional! I loved her energy and personality, she was extremely friendly and helpful. She really brightened my spirits although I was not in a good space initially. She instantly turned that frown upside down! To make matters even better, we share the same sign and our birthdays are three days apart. She was a complete joy and I will be back very soon. I also opened up a flare bank account, thanks to Ms. Diane! She is truly a godsend and I can tell that she throughly enjoys her job and her customer service is impeccable, better yet INCOMPARABLE!!! Diane is excellent!! She's pleasant, personable, always remembers me and always makes me laugh... Her personality and professionalism will always make her easy to like and keep customers coming back.
