I banked with SC Federal CU for years in perfect standing. One month they decided to start charging me a monthly fee for my account. I was moving funds around at the time and their brand new fee overdrafted my account because of the order in which my transactions parsed. When I called they told me that they should have been charging me a monthly fee for the past 7 years and I should be grateful I am not back-charged. They also refused to waive the overdraft fee. If I had been made aware they were going to start charging this fee, I could have made the funds available. I immediately zeroed my account and closed, and I haven't looked back. A good experience for years followed by an unforgivable one.

Great rate (.5% better than offered at another credit union), friendly, helpful, responsive. All in all a very good experience. Oh, and 90 days until first payment due.

The loan specialist I worked with were very professional. They made the loan process easy and were there to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended.

It’s a wonderful place I will be visiting it soon I got a suv truck from the Toyota place on broad river rd they were fast at getting it all done I went looking but end up buying a 2018 Toyota Highlander an Iam loving it thus far

I have to say the customer service is outstanding. The ladies there worked hard to get my auto loan moved over and saved me over a $1,000 and reduces my month too. The bank stayed in contact with me every step of the way to insure me they are working on it. I was give individual attention without interruption and direct phone numbers for any questions or concerns I have. Outstanding service! Highly recommended to do your bank with SCFCU. This Federal credit union it’s filled with some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I recently left both my ID and my credit card at the bank while cashing in a check. These four sweet ladies waited 30 minutes for me to get there to pick it up before the weekend (mind you the bank had already been closed for 30min). I’ve never met a more generous and loving staff in my entire life in any corporation. Without them, my weekend would have be ruined. God bless y’all.
