I love visiting the North Point store because all of the service representatives are always attentive to my needs. They are most helpful and if for any reason they are not able to extend a courtesy they explain why in a non-hostile way. They understand that people go through rough patches and they assist to get us back on track! Great job ladies and continue with the great customer service!!

Worst experience i have ever had was ran in circles for a week litterly until it was to late to do anything and then after finally getting someone on the line they tell me to contact the 1800 number the 1800 number says contact the branch the "manager" treats me like im the scum of the earth and i call back the 1800 number they get the district manager to call me he tells me im going to do some investigation call me back a few hrs later and pretty much said he doesn't believe what I have to say in so many words and he cant help me i told him i would send him everything thing he needed to prove ive been trying to call but only getting beping or silence long story short not that it matters because you guys get millions from others but i will not be a returning customer and i advise others that are in hard times to not use this business they do not care
