This review is long overdue, but I thought Sophie and her team deserve this. Sophie and her team were amazing. They always followed up and gave reminders regarding the due dates a document or task was needed. They are organized and always made sure the scheduled timeline was followed. They also have an efficient documentation system which is very convenient. Sophie helped us negotiate a better offer and we were able to accept an offer eight days after listing. Their team took care of everything from staging, marketing, following up with buyer’s agent, the title company, and everyone involved. Also, they have a network of vendors which made it easier for us during this stressful time, from contractors who helped us upgrading our home before selling it and a moving company who helped us moving around our personal items and took care of us during our final move out.
