Bank of America Financial Center E Brokaw Rd, San Jose

Bad service. Was good before. Cashier won’t write down my deposit slip Company name and address. My accountant did stamp on the slip with company name. I had ATM card with. Before, after using my ATM card, cashier did write those those information on deposit slip and deposit check or cash for me. But no this time. She refused to helping me. I asked manager on site, the manager said same thing. They really don’t want to customers go to see them. They just want us to using ATM as much as possible. They moved all counters way back from entrance. The only want us to see Investment guys first.

Not easy to notice from traffic and not listed on any of the signs for the plaza, so if it wasn't for Google, I won't know it was here. Even the building is a nondescript gray and does not say "Bank of America except in small letters toward the left corner. Signage should definitely be bigger/better! It's right next to the Wells Fargo, if that helps anyone find it...

Staff was very courteous and helpful. We got all our questions answered and also learnt more about their new services.

After being with this bank for my entire life, I am leaving. They wouldn't cash a check that I had written to a contractor. I had more than enough to cover it, Jason(assistant manager at the Brokaw Branch) said someone in the back office told the contractor he could deposit it for an extended hold. I went to the bank to handle it in person and they said they wouldn't tell me why, but there was nothing they could do. So I closed a 70 year old account and took cashiers check, looking for a new bank that has an assistant manager who will not just smile and say, "That's our policy, take your money and go if you'd like". Sticking money in my mattress is sounding better and better! I think I'll go to a smaller bank and hope they act better. I am so disappointed in B of A, I thought for sure if I ever needed them, they'd be there, my longest time vendor, I really am crushed.

The left ATM machine ate our cash deposit and didn’t give us the receipt. The deposit amount also does not show up in account. It is so frustrating.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Without prior appointments there can be a wait time of 10-15 mins. Lines can be seen at the ATM. Plenty of parking outside. Place to sit in the waiting area. Mask required.

I deposited cash into the atm at this location and it basically stole my money management was very rude and was no help at all I would like to speak with a corporate representative

20211105, Friday 1:30 pm in and 2:04 pm out. 15 people line with one teller while 2 tellers are at lunch after working long hours. Understandable. I guest should avoid coming at lunch hours for tellers' windows. Staffs are friendly and trying to be helpful. Except one of the bankers said the closest Western Union is in HomeGoods but it's NOT 🤦

Worse banking experience with this branch . Unhelpful employees . I can rate them -10

Great location! Excellent service!!! I was able to complete my transaction rather quickly, and got valuable information after asking just a couple of questions regarding current new home loans and interest rates!
