Can not iterate enough how great Sophie was throughout the entire process. She was always available to respond to our questions, and did it both quickly and insightfully. She always ensured she was explaining everything to us in a way that made sense, and also took the time to look at several different mortgage options with us. She is definitely the best and we will use her again next time!

Sophie was great to work with and helped talk us through things as first time home buyers, and she was available to meet over Zoom with us even during later evening hours. The presentations were laid out in a simple way that helped the home buying process seem not so daunting. Keep up the good work!

When we began our home search we were working with another lender, starting the process confused and mislead. We ended up leaving this individual and boy are we glad we did! When we began working with Sophie our strategy and knowledge entirely shifted. With introductory education, a free online course and her own made Home Loan Toolkit we were immediately working smarter not harder. Sophie and her team helped us get entirely underwritten in our loan prior to starting our home search. With every home we offered on, she priced out multiple scenarios to ensure we were in our comfort zone of price and payment. While Sophie has been a personal friend of mine for years, I would recommend her to anyone entering the Denver market. This market doesn’t break for anyone. Sophie answered our calls nights, weekends, even some holidays to ensure our offers were realistic to achieve our goals. When we found The One she spoke with the sellers agent personally and ensured them we were prepared to seal the deal. We cannot thank her enough for all her hard work!

Sophie immediately proved to me that I had made the right choice when choosing a lender. It can be a daunting task, especially as a first time homebuyer like myself. Without any prior knowledge of how this would all go down, Sophie made me feel at ease immediately. She spoke to me respectfully and took the time to schedule a zoom meeting at the end of her long day to be sure I felt ok with everything that was happening. Sophie was patient with me and worked diligently and urgently to ensure it was a smooth process for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I certainly feel lucky to have had Sophie on my side!

Sophie was so helpful! She answered all of my questions in a digestible and understable way, so that I really understood what was going on, every step of the way. She was readily available every time I needed her, knowledgeable, and supportive. I couldn't recommend working with her more!

Sophie was our mortgage lender and helped us buy our first home! As first time home buyers we had NO idea what we were doing, or what we could even afford. Sophie sat us down initially and explained all the details of the approval process, recommended realtors and areas to look in, and answered any other questions we had. She was always quick and responsive if we had questions come up during showings with our realtor. It’s been 6+ months since we closed and moved in and Sophie continues to reach out and offer ideas and advice for saving money on our loan. Cannot recommend her enough!

I would recommend anyone who reads this review to request her expertise, and I will be forwarding her info to my friends and colleagues who are looking for a fantastic loan officer!

Sophie was incredibly professional through the entire process, and most importantly to us, responsive. She answered the phone on the first ring every time, and if she couldn’t get to us at that moment, she let us know when she could. She walked us through every different scenario with several different virtual presentations for multiple homes. We felt taken care of and kept in the loop the entire time.
