Snuffy's Pawn Shop Ocean Blvd, Coos Bay

Great local pawnshop. I have traveled a lot and seen many. Being on both ends of it buying/pawning I have never had a bad shake with them. I frequent this pawn shop a lot over the others around because of their attitude and pricing and friendliness.

I trusted this lady, and she just stole all my gold from me.😖😟I go in atleast once a week and she knows I never keep my pawn ticket, but I ask her everytime, What Do I Have Due Next, And How Much?i do alot of buisness with her.I Noticed First my 14K Jade Ring Hadn't Came up,I Asked her How much is it to get all my gold out.she said she just sold my other 14k with diamonds a few weeks ago and I have none in there😧 im still adding up how much she got me for ,I'm up to 84 grams of gold still counting

I have been in relationship with two pawn tickets since 2010 off and on; mostly on. I also have purchased from Snuffy's as well. I haven't had a problem with service or paying my renewal payments. I recommend them to others and they have good stuff from time to time. Pawn laws are very strict and specific. If you pawn; its your responsibility to show up and take care of business. yep, I have lost due to unable to meet commitment. But hey you do what you do. I have never lost anything here at Snuffy's.

Over the years we have occasion to purchase various tools. They have always been fair and equipment has checked out. Remember they have to make a profit so they will be here next time we need something.

Snuffy went out of her way to be good to me. I have the greatest respect for her. I find her trustworthy, and that is hard to find these days. I thanked her but don't know that she knows how much it meant to me that she helped me.

Although I haven't been in Snuffy's to shop for a long time, when I did, the workers were never friendly. A friend had personal items stolen from his home. When he saw them at Snuffy's they were very rude and dismissed him even with a police report.

Usually had no problems would have given 5 stars, until a day I went to sell a ring I had purchased several yrs earlier for 1400 had paper work and all. She told me her gut is telling her no although she bought my other jewelry. I asked why and was told her guts saying I didnt buy it. Didnt make sense to me for buying all the other decent jewelry but not nice piece with that reason. I now go to World Pawn, where I got the 800 I needed for the ring.

I've always been able to come in Snuffy's pawn and receive excellent customer service. Its a friendly environment. There always willing to help people in need of extra cash towards end if the month. Thank you guys for being awesome. And helping me an my familu out in need.

Beware owner is rude and nastey and will take your stuff. I lost my pawn slip asked for a new one and all she would give me is a date i came in on said date and she said it was a previous date and when i told her she made a mistake she explained it wasnt her problem...i alod asked if she could go thru her camera system to see me writing the date on the piece of paper i had and she wouldnt doit. Also asked to see copy of pawnslip i sighned when pawning the item. And again she said not her problem. I feel horridly violated and tooken advantage of.

This is a horrible business to try and get any help. Owner is not helpful and prices are not the best, horrible customer service I have been in numerous times and never got any help unless I asked specifically then it was like I was an inconvenience. I use World Pawn now I don't waste my time, gas, or frustration attempting to go to Snuffy's.
