My first experience getting a loan through United Finance and I'm happy to say that I'm satisfied with their professionalism! They really do care for their customers and communicating back and forth is very transparent between the customer and the company. 5 stars :')

It was good working with them! Fast and professional. It's also good to keep in mind they are humans just like us! They have some negative reviews however look past it. They help people who need to get out of sticky situations following their protocols. 10/10 would recommend.

These people are awesome! Tom went above and beyond on a late Friday afternoon out of town to hook me up . I could never thank him enough for making it happen. And GT at the Medford office was awesome as well. You guys rock. Thanks for being there and handling things so fast and efficient.

When my name was legally changed while paying off my loan, I was working during business hours and couldn't come in to have it updated. They refused to do email, and then promised to follow up. I asked every time I called, was promised follow-up every time, and am still listed with the wrong name a year later. They never return calls. They also promise to work with you and accept partial payments during phone agreements, but then when you call and attempt to follow through, they refuse the payment. Even if the borrower will pay late fees, interest, etc, it is not good enough for them, even though they blatantly told you on a recorded call they'd do so. Worst and most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with.

If you are in a pinch DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are not professional in the least, they do not have any answers for any questions asked, I will never refer any one to this company again.

I would like to say these folks here are the best to work with the whole staff. I was hurt on job years ago and became disabled. My credit got ruined and has been since then. I called and asked these folks for a loan and they were the only one to say yes and extended a helping hand. Th hey didnt bat a eye. For that I'm truly grateful and wish more loan companies would look at a person instead of a number. Thanks too them I'm rebuilding my credit. I will only call them in future for my loan needs and that's a guarantee. Thank you all
