Awesome place to do business very clean and organized pawn shop. I went in looking for a gun safe.Sells rep spent plenty of his time showing me the safes and explaining the difference between them loved the liberty brand especially because made in the USA i felt so comfortable with the staff at foothills trade & loan I purchased 2 safes and we set up delivery few days later the installation crew showed up perfectly on time was very professional unloaded the safes and carefully moved them in to the house being careful not to damage anything then they bolted the safes down showed us how to use the safes I highly recommend the team at smokehouse trade in lawn

These guys really well work with you don’t order anything that you need they’ll actually do a little gun smithing with your permission they’re really nice I’ve spent almost $10,000 in there and I haven’t been treated bad once. I actually had a pistol malfunction and they actually took it back and reimbursed my money or said I can pick anything I want it out for that price they only downside is the ammo is getting expensive

I was in there today to purchase an ammo box and a spray bottle of oil. No one said anything to me when I walked in. Their ammo was way to high! All the employees acted like they were mad about something, they just looked at their computers. They acted like it was a chore for them to be there. I won’t be going back and told them so.

Went there to purchase a safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They are a dealer for Liberty and have a lot of models on the floor you can take a look at. Pete helped us with our order and he and his helper came to install it. Right on schedule. They did a great job. We couldn’t be happier.

They had what I was looking for customer service was about average I ask a couple questions to answer them the young man that cash me out was pleasant the two ladies that were there we’re tending to their business they were not rude to me or anyone else . I would shop there again perhaps next time I’m in town I may buy a firearm.

Visited the a couple of months ago. Was looking for gold panning supplies and they have quite a selection to include sluice equipment too. Met the owner, super nice and very patriotic. Got a killer deal on an old Hi lift jack too. Store is loaded with good quality stuff. I'll be back in the future!

I now know there seems to be some truth to the low reviews.. I went there looking for a specific gun and a certain knife I wanted. Everyone there seems almost bothered to help you, as if you're interrupting their day, or they figured you're not a serious buyer. I'll not give my $ to a business like this.

This shop is AWESOME!! I just purchased A 3" dredge from them. Pete and Don were GREAT!! They were extremely Helpful and knowledgeable. Pete went way out of his way - above and beyond to make my purchase a smooth easy process and gave me a break on the price. I even made a mistake in the size I wanted and didn't realize it until I got home. I called back the next day and he exchanged it with no problems or hassles. Everyone I dealt with was great. I bought my first guitar from there at 14 years old and have purchased many firearms and related items over the years. I am so happy with my new Liberty Safe from Smokefoot Trade and Loan. Pete was so gracious about delivering after work and he drove 2 hours to our home in Johnson City TN. Recently I had a warranty issue with my Liberty Safe and customer service representative with Liberty immediately contacted Smokefoot. Smokefoot then contacted me and having the spare part needed came and repaired my safe under warranty in an extremely efficient and timely manner (called and scheduled an appointment for noon the next day, was on time, and very professional). If you want a quality Liberty Safe purchase from Smokefoot as they keep their safe's off site to prevent in-store damaging (buying a floor model from another retailer was my issue, if I could go back I would have purchased from Smokefoot). I vouch for both Smokefoot as a great business to work with and Liberty for having the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Buy a Liberty, go to Smokefoot!

Heard about this place from someone and it was the closest Liberty Safe Dealer to me so i drove almost an hour to check them out. Pretty decent Inventory of Safes (Lots of holes which indicates they sell quite a few as well) from the economy to super high end. All really nice no junk like in some of the big box stores. Picked up a Safe for a very fair price out the door and couldnt be happier. Only bad thing is i didn't have more time to check out the rest of the shop since they deal firearms and have lots of other things like Music Stuff and Tools. Guess that means ill just have to take another road trip soon. I'm normally very wary about Pawn Shops but, this place is more than just an ol pawn shop so they got my business. \m/

My husband and I go there every now and then. I bought a beautiful ring. I was very happy with the purchase. I love their jewelry. My husband goes for the guns and gold mining equipment. We have noticed some people are nicer than others but we've never had a problem.

I have been with my sons when they purchased their guns and the folks helping them offered advice and were not pushy with a sale. The associates with the cash registers were kind. My boys have gotten some great guns at very good prices. We'll be back for our next purchase.

Most every time that I visit Smokefoot, I find something that I "need" and that item is usually in the jewelry case. The staff is friendly and their prices are very reasonable. If I were shopping for electronics, I would definitely check there before I visited a big box retailer. It's fun to stop in because the inventory is always changing and you never know what you might find...and if Nash is working, that's an added bonus!

All these 5 star reviews are paid reviews or friends. I've literally heard the staff talk about buying good reviews. At first I thought that was weird. But when I tried to buy something the tall blonde woman commented about it being out of my price range! I've never been treated that way as a respectable customer and will not return
