Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) N Green St, Morganton

Bank of America closes at 4 o'clock every other bank stays open till 5 or 530 I can never make it there in time i don't know what the problem is but there are more people out here with issues than just them and i don't think there's an issue at all i think they just don't care about the people that bank in their bank

Only one drive thru and slow workers. I came and sat here in line for 38 mins before getting to window I was car 3 in line. When you call to talk to manager they don’t care says they are doing their best well either open another drive thru or have someone else run the drive thru. Terrible service and they don’t care how long they take

Worst bank around they hold you payroll check till the next day. You are better off going to Walmart to get it cashed. 0% help from anyone when you need it.

The worst possible customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life period. Banking works fine until you have a problem, once this happen you would be better off changing banks your issue will never get heard.

Well this bank has stooped to a new low the inside isn’t open and the drive-through isn’t open and my mom gets her Social Security check can’t get her money out.

Bank of America has poor customer service. I took a 13,000 dollar check to get cashed or get a cashier's check since it was drawn from a B of A account. They would not do either! So here is my question, if I didn't have a bank of my own to deposit it through, how would I go about getting the funds?? Force me into creating an account? But then again that wasnt even offered. No wonder Bof A gets poor press CONSTANTLY!

Bank of America in Morganton has closed without notice lately which affected a transaction of mine. At first I could not understand why a large bank would close without notice. It seemed like poor customer service. After consideration I decided it may be due to Covid. Hopefully everyone is healthy and safe.

Called the branch to ask them a simple question. I just needed the routing number. Do you think the agent could have gave it to me ? Nope in a millisecond she got rid of me and transferred me to the main customer service where I’m waiting for someone to answer me. Waiting time ? 30 minutes !!!! For a routing number !! Bank of America Morganton I’m so not impressed by your customer service

If you change the bank hours to basically non-existent and then close the teller window permanently, would be handy if the ATM machine worked more than half the time.

Told me on the phone what they charge for money orders. Once I drove all the way there, they told me they only sell money orders to people that have an account with them.
