Great southern mortgage broker team with many mortgage products from many lenders, so they are able to find you the best product for your needs. Very personable, they are with you until closing. Also, I believe I read all employees have a decade or more experience.

I was supposed to close on 8 house Monday after 3 different times to close and j.d. Russell calls to tell me I didn't get the loan. Now I am out of 50p.00 Ernest money. 560.00 appraisal fee and 275.00 inspection fee. Wonder how many more people they have cost them money. I was told on May 1 st that I could give a 30 day notice so now I have no where to move too and I have a special needs daughter.
