This was a real deal, my son pawned a item and then was killed a couple weeks ago, I had no ticket just a text from y'all. Definitely an amazing experience! Came to Ben and the amazing staff after reading some great reviews and they most certainly held true to the reviews. I decided to sell a piece of jewelry but wanted a great price; National Pawn gave me a total and when I wanted to shop around they didnt push or pressure me. I did more research and compared prices given for the piece and nothing stood remotely close to their offer. I went back a week later and Ben didnt lower the offer a penny! Customer service 10/10 as well. Over all my experience was fast, efficient, and maintained with beyond excellent service. In total the entire experience was a ten out of ten, and would highly recommend! Thank you so much to spectacular crew for helping me out!

The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the technology I was willing to sell. I spoke with the team about my financial situation and they offered me the exact amount I needed to help me pay a bill. Even though the item I was selling was worth less. I will always go back here. The store is family owned and really invested in its customers and does not see them as another number like most corporate pawn shops.

This is My favorite pawn shop to sell to! They seeem to always seem to offer me the most for whatever I bring in. Today Clark helped me and he was great! He got me in and out fast. Very nice and respectful and helped me as soon as I walked in.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing and the staff were obviously busy trying to get other customers who were basically wasting thier time finished and were STILL kind, courteous and patient with me. They took very good care of me and got me the price I needed. Thank you very much guys.

Had lots of accounts here, they USED to be very helpful and kind. Paid lots of fees for extending loans for long times and when I'm trying to save my items given an IDC attitude. Not the service I expected there are lots of other pawn shops to use in the future i will not be back to this one.

I have to say this is the cleanest most organized pawn shop I've been to on top of that Chris the manager is a great help very knowledgeable with all products coming in and out if you're honest with them they definitely help you out when needing loans definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to come here if you're looking for some extra cash or some nice jewelry! And the ladies there are definitely always on the go making sure everyone is being assisted

Very stress free and professional experience. Most pawn shops immediately want to tell you how little your items are worth. I was here 2 days in a row, both times was offered fair loan and more than others would have done gauranteed. Clean store like the other reviews say. Looks like they changed ownership and management. 3 years ago was much different experience and not In a good way. Nobody ever LIKES to take a loan out at pawn, but this was as comfortable as you could ask for.

I have been to this location several times now and I love it! The staff there are super nice and while most pawnshops will give you a low ball offer for most things, this place will do better! They treat you with respect and even if the item is not worth a whole lot they will still usually do a courtesy loan so you get an amount worth going up there and spending your gas and time lol the manager Ben is extremely nice and was the first one I had the pleasure of dealing with when I went that first time and maybe a couple more times. But I’ve also now gotten to deal with Maria and Anna and they are both super sweet and professional! It’s not a headache going in nor does it take too long being inside and they’ll actually try to get you close to the goal you are needing! 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!

Good experience! Maria and David were both very helpful. I wasn’t sure if the reviews were going to be accurate prior to going but they were. Also, by the way the business itself is called something else but it’s the same location and same ownership. It’s a white sign, that’s all I remember.

Great service from the staff. They were knowledgeable and were very helpful in resizing my watch wrist band. This store has a good selection of power equipment and personal accessories. Firearms were nice, DVDs had a full rack with pre-bundled options, and the location was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to potentially find good deals.

The employee's and manager are outstanding! Not only are they nice but also helpful and knowledgeable. The items for sale are not over priced and getting a loan can be quick and easy to pay back with the rates they have. By far my favorite pawn shop.

I have had a great experience at National Pawn & Jewelry. Staff is nice and friendly. I pawned a few things today and I received a nice reasonable loan in return. The women who helped me there was a woman named Meosha Parker very professional and friendly. I will be returning to this location.

Morgan is a great employee she takes the time to call and let you know your loan is a few days before going into default. I don’t know any other pawn shop that does this. As a rule they want you to let it go into default, why? because they can sell it An more than double there money. Really you can’t blame them that’s how they stay in business. Thanks Morgan!!!
