I had gone to the Palmer location and was very upset on how they closed the door on my face. I called this location and Nancy listened to me and said that she would wait into I arrived to close even after I took my anger on her, she was awesome.

I give 4 stars for their awesome Customer Service. The fees on the services they offer - well that would probably be 2 stars, but it is a business and therefore must make money to support themselves. I have visited this location several times in the past year to use a couple of the services they offer. Each and every time I go, the Customer Service is always outstanding. The office itself is always clean and sometimes has a nice aroma from some type of air freshener. The employees are knowledgeable and answer every pesky question I have to ask - because I am on of "those" types of customers. Always nice to do business here. Thank you!

The manager at this location customer service is beyond this World , he is polite,nice,and was able to help me in all my needs i drove from Houston to this location and thought i wasn't going to make it but he nicely waited for me and was there to help me in all my needs . i would recommend this location to all my family and friends ! :)

Not professionals at all, when they are soupoese to be open they are closed, they open one hour late and close one hour early. Not what they are supposed to be doing but yet they do.

I called before I went in to make sure I knew all about the pre-qualifications for a loan. I was told that you only needed a valid picture ID and an open bank account in good standing. So I went to their store and through the ENTIRE process, only to be told that I didn't qualify for a loan because my credit score was 10 points shy of their acceptable score. Now bare in mind that my salary is 4 times higher than their acceptable amount, and I only needed to borrow a small amount. I wish they would have told me the credit score qualifications on the phone before I called. I don't have 30 minutes of my time to waste, ESPECIALLY after a long day at work. Good thing the counter representatives were friendly, or I would have given one star.

Never get a loan with Speedy Cash, i took a loan out and the man who helped me out told me I'll be paying $69.30 a month after 3 months i called too check how many payments i have left and told i haven't paid anything towards my Loan the $69.30 is just to keep my Loan open and i was not told that when i barely received the loan, i Strongly discourage using them
