The staff are professional and realistic about selling your item. They present options and are very clear and precise. Masks and dividers are present. 9:00 a.m. was busy, but they are fast. I will go again. Thank you.

Angel, I told you I would post, so I am, just took a while cause Google screwed up...but everyone, I'm being serious...this may not look like a great place, but it actually is one of the best pawn shops in town. The staff has always been friendly. I've always gotten a more than fair price for my items, and the best part it the overnight guy...Angel. He's always been very friendly, when usually overnight employees at pawn shops (in my experience) have always had an attitude, as I'm sure they have to deal with a lot of interesting characters. But Angel has always been nice, always happy to help out. And tonight when I came to pay some interest on a few items and forgot my tickets, he didn't get upset...he just looked up my info and very nicely handled my transaction. In return, I told him I'd leave a review, and so here I am. This is an honest review... I don't work for them, I don't personally know any of the employees. I just feel that if a person is a decent human being at an establishment, especially these days, they deserve for people to know about it. So while everyone at Smart Pawn that I've dealt with have always been nice, Angel gets the gold star. If any of you out there are hard up for cash, go see my man Angel and he'll help you out.

Coming out of quarantine I expected to receive good energy since our local business are now opened & ready for business. Speaking to this manager was very difficult due to him being disrespectful to me. I had to ask him to not be so aggressive and to speak to me in a peaceful manner. Even though I addressed him about his aggressiveness he did not lead up & became even more aggressive. Maybe he needs a bit more quarantine time. Good customer service is important to keep a successful business running.

Angel the guy at the night window is legit. highly recommend you go see him for any visits at smart pawn . Super good guy works with you and helps out tremendously. Actually remembered who I was and treated me with respect . 5 stars on him he needs to be a supervisor

Make sure you pick up your item as soon as you can. I was one week past the grace period. I was told its too late to pick up my item even though it was still there. I offered to pay a late fee, but it didn't matter. Any other shop would have worked with me. But not these guys. Never going back again.

Best Pawn shop in LA if you want to pawn something especially Game systems. Max is the best pawn broker I’ve ever met and he’s very fair.
