Luckily in my life I have only had to use my insurance provider a handful of times to process claims for accidents. We all know that dealing with the insurance company is usually worse than the accident itself. But that is not the case with my insurance provider, Travelers! They have given me 5 star service from the moment I contacted them about the accident. It only took a few days for the Claim Professional Jason Gapen to get over to the body shop to estimate the damages, that same day the check was cut and sent to the body shop. Courtney Jenkins my Auto Claim Professional alerted me of this just a couple hours after Jason sent in his claim. The body shop actually called me to tell me how awesome Travelers was to deal with too! All in all, accidents are never fun, But the experience I have had with this one has been most pleasant. I have now recommended my insurance company to all my co workers and the lady at my body shop is so impressed she says she is switching carriers too! Travelers is not joke and they do not play around. They get in, get the job done in a timely manner, and they have kept me informed the entire time. OH! and PS... I was going to call Travelers on Monday regarding my rental car extension and before I could call them, they called me to tell me that my rental car extension has already been taken care of and that they had already alerted the rental car company. WOW! IF THAT ISN'T CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT' KNOW WHAT IS! TRAVELERS IS A GREAT COMPANY, THEY WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY HOME AND AUTO POLICIES! :)

Jessie was an awesome resource for homeowner's insurance while purchasing my first home. After closing I asked about auto insurance as I was concerned my rates would go up due to an accident a few months prior. He was straight forward with the fact that my current rate he was not able to beat and to contact him once I was notified of my new rate.
