Tom was very personable from the first phone call; he is a straight-up professional, no games, just accurate information. On that subject, the Smart Auto dealer also does not play games with all kinds of add-on fees, like may do, just the one one doc fee, which is not exorbitant, (plus the tax, tag, title & GA electronic filing fee). The whole process was extremely easy and Tom was wonderful from the first email, first phone call, and to the end with me purchasing my vehicle. He allowed an on site inspection and even got the crack in the windshield replaced without me asking. This is a no hardball, back and fourth dealership (which was so refreshing considering this market and the previous experiences I had at other dealerships). They have one dealer fee (which was hundred lower than those in the area) and tax, title, etc (all costing me under $500) The price was and vehicle were great and I would definitely recommend anyone on the market for a used car.
