Our experience with Sistar has been nothing but stellar. From the mortgage application through underwriting to approval and closing, a Sistar team member helped us every step of the way. I obtained a refinance through Sistar Mortgage and could not be happier with experience. The whole team over there is very professional and knowledgeable. First of all, these folks are really nice, laid back and I felt totally comfortable there, they even let my dog come with me. Nothing ever goes off without hitches, but we were able to jump those hurdles and get the job done. I'm very happy with my experience. I can be a tough cookie and Daisy put up with me.

Had a terrible experience. They won't give you final closing document until the last minute. Hardly you can review the numbers. Force you to sign with in first 6 payments no refinance with any other lender. If you need to then have to pay them $8000, so you are stuck first 6 - 7 months. Hardly they will answer your phone or email once you submit application.
