Our realtor Felicia with @home realty uses Single Source & we have have closed on three properties utilizing Single Source. It has always been a professional, pleasant & great experience!!! Ashish was punctual & did not make us wait. The documents were prepared & we had them signed within ten minutes. It was quick, efficient & trustworthy! We were able to go on with our day!!! Had a great experience with single source. My wife and I signed all of our paperwork in under 15 minutes. Everything was explained, communication leading up to closing date was awesome. No issues. If I but again, ill go through them again for sure.

Completely dissatisfied with the service. This company sent a check for my insurance premium to the wrong company, A company that has not even been associated with my account, Which cause my home owner's insurance to be canceled, comma and I have to pay fees to get it reinstated out of pocket. When I called to question how such a thing could come to be, Jennifer Wells, the representative for the blue team, put me on hold put me on hold for so long that I was transferred to somebody else's voicemail which was not answered. I would give them 0 stars, but that's not an option.

Only concern is that my information was leaked somehow during the closing process and I almost got scammed out of more than 10k. Their IT never got back to me on the issue. I had to re secure all my online accounts.

Raissa Williams was very helpful in this selling experience for me. It took a little time & patience but relatively EASY and very Satisfactory at closing. I highly reccommend her & Emily Kozek

Single source handled the closing very professionally. They however failed to reach out to me as much as I would have appreciated.

Single Source has proven - through the reviews and first hand experience - to be extremely unreliable. We were supposed to close on our home on 16 January, and we had already moved to another state. Close of business came on 19 January and we were never informed that the house was delayed on closing an extra day. Finally on 20 January the home closed, and it is now the 23rd. Our attorney paid for overnight shipping for our closing funds check. Single source never sent the check out. After multiple calls, they then provided a FEDEX tracking number promising that it would arrive on the 23rd. The tracking number did not register on the FEDEX site as a real tracking number, and the check never arrived. Luckily we are not in dire need of our $47,000, however if we were this would put people in an extreme bind. We will once again call on Monday morning in hopes of receiving our funds due to us at closing. I guarantee they have received all of their funds, and the buyers have already been living in the home for almost a week - yet we as they sellers are hung out to dry with regards to getting what we are owed. Please think twice about dealing with a company that doesn’t care much about you, or your money.

Was recently a no-agent seller in a transaction where the buyer in agreeing to an as-is sale and all buyer shouldered closing costs, retained this firm and service. Seller documents I later found out were prepared at my expense vs the buyer who retained the service. Also this service does not communicate in a timely or complete fashion. Closing documents were provided 6 minutes prior to the scheduled electronic closing without a draft review in the preceding days. I have been involved in several real estate transactions in this locale and although they all had agent involvement which I believe is what this service is commonly used to dealing with, I would not use this service in the future If I was the one choosing.

I have used single source for all of my closings and have loved every second of the process. Riley is always quick to respond and makes the transaction so smooth, plus she is just a joy to work with. Ashish does so well with his clients and somehow manages to fully explain docs all while getting through a stack in less than 30 mins every time. Last clients exact words “that was painless, a much better experience than our last two closings”.

I worked with Samantha and the blue team. The team has been very unresponsive and my settlement check has been missing for over two months. My HOA office and I have followed up numerous times. It's not that hard to mail a check with a tracking number to make sure it gets to the right place. Very frustrating experience and cannot recommend.

In today’s climate where customer service has gone downhill in various industries, Ms. Ingram at Single Source has demonstrated that great customer service is very well alive! Marquita helped in making the home selling process stress free. She was very thorough in explaining documentation and what to expect during the entire process. What I appreciated the most from this experience was follow up communication from Marquita asking if everything went well for us. I am firm believer that if someone does a great job at something they should be recognized and I just wanted to recognize everything that Single Source and Marquita has done for us. Great Job!!

It was a very positive experience. We signed on time and got the keys right after signing. The documents were registered the same day as well. Also, Jennifer provided us with a complete copy of the documents and they were ready when I arrived to pick them up. Everything went smoothly and fast. I'm very happy with their services!
