I have been working with Tiffany for mamy years. She always takes time to offer clients programs that meet their needs. Anytime there is a snafu (plenty in this business), Tiffany always goes above and beyond to help resolve the issues and do what's best for the client. I especially appreciate that she returns calls and text promptly. I'm thankful to receive great advice and service from Tiffany and her team for myself and my clients

Tiffany did my own personal loan (which took A LOT of expertise and some magic). She also does my loans for my real estate clients AND my insurance clients. As a person, there are few people as fierce and as much of a go getter as Tiffany is. She and her team are hands down, the best in the business.

So happy we chose to work with them. As a military couple when we went to get pre-approved for our mortgage we of course went to USAA and Navy Fed on impulse. After hearing feedback from friends and coworkers, I decided we should shop around. Boy am I glad we did!!! Tiffany and Joe were a dream to work with (such nice people!), they were happy to answer ALL my silly questions, they were always available, and they offered the best interest rates with the least fees. OMG! I love Joe Spell! He is the best loan officer ever! Very dedicated to the client and will do whatever the client wants no matter how much time or effort it takes. Please do not get other Movement Mortgage teams confused with the Spell Team. I had a bad experience with another loan officer with Movement Mortgage, they are not all the same team. The Spell Team is the best one in Fayetteville. Make sure you pick them.

As a local real estate agent in the area I can tell you from experience that some lenders are easier to work with than others. Tiffany Spell and the Spell team have the process down to a science! They are professional and efficient. I refer all my clients to them! If the Spell Team says you are approved you can start packing your bags! You will be closing on a new home!

I am only giving this company a star one because I have to, two because of our load officer. If it wasn’t for Jen brooks we wouldn’t have anything done. Besides Jen this is the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with. 4 months, 6 closing dates. Today we were supposed to close at noon. Then it got pushed to one, then two then four. We go to sign at four with everyone ready and no paperwork to sign. Then it gets pushed to the next day. 5 closing times in one week. Jen deserves a raise from working with the company and being the only good thing about it.
