I would totally recommend this company. After submitting a request for a roof repair quote, I received a same day call back and yes actually got to talk to a real person. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and also speak directly to a knowledgeable contractor. The contractor Anthony Latimer was very professional, showed up on-time and did a wonderful job on the repair. The follow up communication was also smooth and sent me photos, so I could see all the work performed. If you ever need some home repair this will be the first company I would call and ask for Anthony.

It was a long battle with the insurance company, but with great persistence this was finally at a point where we could move forward with the roof replacement. The crew came out and prepped and took care of small items, yet important items, to make sure that they were protected during the install. I would use this company for any project at my house. I will be posting more pictures, but I absolutely love my new roof! ❤️

If you are looking for a new roof, please consider Simple Solutions. Anthony and his team came to my house following a storm several years ago. They informed me of some damage and photographed my roof for comparisons the following years. He continued to monitor storm damage over and checked in with me periodically. A few months ago after another series of storms and rain, my roof gave up the fight. I contacted Simple Solutions and my insurance company. Both agreed to meet to do the inspection. It was determined I did, in fact, require a new roof. Anthony stayed on top of things throughout the entire process. They responded to my many questions, provided me with addresses of shingles I had selected so I could view their work, worked with my insurance company to replace my gutters and gutter guards. Julie, in the accounting department, was exceptional as well. Payments were made in 3 phases and Julie was there, along with Anthony, to ease my mind and process payments to allow for prompt deliveries of supplies and installations. This will sound crazy but they were so efficient in working with me and with my insurance, I got a little worried. I have never seen anything like it. They ALWAYS responded to my MANY questions and never lead me astray. I would also like to thank the roofers and gutter install men. They worked 2 days in the cold and did an amazing job. They cleaned up afterwards and were professional, polite and courteous. This small business cuts no corners. They hustle and the entire team will work hard to earn your trust and your business. I am so happy to have had them do my roof and I highly recommend Simple Solutions, Prince Frederick Md.

Funny how my review got taken down. As I said my roof had to be replaced about 2 years ago. The secretary was awesome. Answering any and all questions I had. They did everything that needed to be done. Well that being said. They contacted me all the time until receiving the first check. Than nothing unless I contacted them. Then when the work was done, they threatened me with small claims court for the final payment??? So I said ok. I contacted my people on my end and Simple Solutions Contractors didn’t send my insurance company anything else to receive the final check. So last night I get a message oh Mr. Marshall we have no record of us doing work for you and we take our ratings very seriously. Ha go figure they don’t have a record. That’s why I’m my opinion there professionalism needs some improvement.

I would highly recommend Simple Solutions. They worked everything out with my insurance company. They were very communicative and professional. The crew was fast and efficient, did an excellent job and were supervised the entire time. If u use them u will not be disappointed

We picked Simple solutions to replace our roof, gutters and downspouts. We had a few other companies come and give quotes. We chose simple solutions as they were the most honest and reasonably priced. They took the time to explain our options without pressure or a sales pitch. The work crew were amazing! They worked hard at getting our job done on time and were meticulous on clean up. We are very Happy with our results.

We have worked with them on several projects including roofs (that also involved helping us with the insurance company) and a structural framing project. Working with Simple Solutions to get our new roof installed was a great experience! When we called to get an initial inspection, Anthony (one of the owners), answered the phone and got us scheduled for the next day. From there we were introduced to Andrew, our project supervisor, who walked us through each step of the process and answered every question we could think of. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure we got the best products available for our new roof. We also worked with Katie and Jessica for scheduling and product selection, who were also able to answer any questions we had and were prompt to notify us of any schedule changes. Speaking of schedule changes, we only had one and it was due to weather, and they worked around our neighbor's open house when selecting a new day. On installation day the crew was professional and very respectful of our property, taking care to avoid damaging anything and doing a great job cleaning up. Andrew even spent extra time after the crew had cleaned up running a magnet around the house to catch any nails that might have been missed. Overall we couldn't be happier with customer service and job quality that the Simple Solutions family was able to deliver!

I had a few small jobs involving gutters, siding, etc. The guys came and did everything in a few hours. They worked hard and did a great job. The biggest job was to replace some trim along the ridge of the roof. They stayed until the job was done and cleaned up well. I would definitely use Simple Solutions again!

Anthony and his crew at Simple Solutions are fixing the damages to my parents house that had occurred due to the winter storm we had got this year. They are still in the process of getting everything completed. It has been an absolute pleasure to have them as my parents contractors, they are very professional, but also fun as well. They are very dependable, they get things done with the insurance company to make life a little easier for me over here having to talk to the insurance company (thank you I really appreciate that by the way). They go way out of their way to make sure things get done correctly and very trustworthy. We are still in the process of finishing everything up they really work with me and around mine and my and my parent's schedule due to I'm my parents only care provider and I take them to a lot of doctor appointments to keep them up to par and keep their health good. (Thank you again I really appreciate yalls patience and accommodating and working with us around that). But over all, all of them are GREAT the owner and his wife all his contractors and even the ladies in the office. Definitely reach out to them if you need any work done. Simple Solutions had the best price for my project. I got estimates from 3 other contractors and Simple Solutions came well under the other bids for the same job. I would recommend Simple Solutions to anyone looking for a contractor.

I'm in the processing of refinancing my home. Went through Angie list site and Anthony and his company were one of the 1st to reply. I need to replace metal piece on the back of the house replaced. WE SET A TIME/DATE for repair. Once the job was finished Anthony sent me pics of the work. They have great communications and the skills. i'm very very pleased.
