Simmons Bank W Sunset Ave, Springdale

Everyone so kind. I had just lost my husband and sold our house after living there for about a year. I needed to cash/deposit the escrow check and your staff could not have been kinder, I moved back California about three months ago and they will help me close that account and transfer my balance to my credit Union here in CA.

When our small bar association got out first grant, we needed a bank that really cares about Arkansas. Simmons was known among our board members for the bank's willingness to invest in lower resource communities around our state, and so we chose Simmons. The staff at this particular branch are fun, kind and super professional. They respond promptly to my emails; they guided me through the process of setting up my online banking; and, I want to give a special shout out to Hayden Laird, the assistant manager, who again and again has helped answer my questions. I think she's actually had to answer some questions on a repeat basis. She always responds kindly and quickly. I'll definitely continue banking with Simmons and specifically through this branch.

Dam clerk was a pain in the ass.... honey this, my love that... not coming to Springdale anymore...

I use to love this bank, the people are nice too. Now everytime I try to call it gos to automatic system. No one answers, even with customer serve, nothing! How are you supposed to get ahold of someone. I've even left voicemails, no call backs. I've never in my life had so much trouble trying to pay a loan. The online banking is even horrible. I use to love you guys but that's when they had a personal relationship with their customers. Looking for a new bank now!!

Great bank ,lovely staff most definitely my first choice of banks.
