Arvest Bank W Sunset Ave, Springdale

This has to be the friendliest, most professional group of folks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This branch really shines and I always leave here feeling much better about my day. I really appreciate how wonderful they are at this branch after going to the Lowell branch. Wow, difference between night and day!

Very rude. Would not allow me to cash a payroll check my job gave me who has an account there. I do not understand what a company account is even for then.

I drive all the way from Bentonville just to come to this bank because everybody is so professional here. They love their customers here. I won't go to any other arvest branch.

Arvest bank is the worst bank to use. Doesn’t matter which bank you use - customer service is shoddy at best.

They're very informative. Would like the possibility for deaf individuals to communicate with staff through email since some don't have caption phone or family to assist them.

Would absolutely not open a company account here. They wouldn't cash a check from an employer with out me opening an account. The other location said it wasn't a problem. This branch seems pretty disorganized.

Came here but did not get welcomed. There was no greeter when walking in. Waited around 20 minutes in the lobby and was never asked what I needed help with. Decided to leave due to bad customer service. I’m extremely disappointed.

I love this bank it's our favourite for 25 yrs. They are so friendly the always know my name, they never forget my name even if I do the drive-in. The manager helps me in any problem I have had. It is just a great bank!

Slow!!! 10 minutes in line and haven't moved yet. Only 1 car has made it through in this time. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Lazy employees nerd to be replaced.

Jury is out on this one. 20 years ago this was like a friendly hometown bank now they seem to be a large bank who treats me as a number and the hometown feel and friendliness seems to have gone by the wayside
