Sikorsky Credit Union Main St, Stratford

I've been a member of this credit union since high school, so almost 20 years. I dealt with some of the inconveniences that come with choosing a credit union over a bank because I prefer a credit union, but the latest is too much. In one weekend, they needlessly transferred money from my savings to checking 3 times, labeled as "uncollected protection w/d." Each time, they charged a $5 fee. They reversed one. When I tried calling, I sat on hold for a half hour before giving up. Time is money, and frankly not wasting any more time and money here. I opened up an account at a bank and I'll be transferring out.

I've been trying to get help from the fraud department ..my account was breeched in some way sms messages.. double texts 🎣🎣 dishonest 32 complaints sms texts in middle of night someone set up ebill 200 dollars it then dropped off my screen

The bankers here are amazing, and that is not an understatement. They get to know you, welcome everyone, and seem genuinely invested in their clients. I couldn't believe the first time they greeted me by name. The location is also so convenient, right in the center of town. Wish Sikorsky had more branches in New Haven county.
